Retracted - The foreskin is fully retracted and the glans is visible.
Partially Retracted - The foreskin is partially retracted and some of the glans is visible.
Unretracted - The foreskin is not retracted. If any glans is visible, it is just the tip and it should be manually tagged.
Long - Any foreskin overhang, or fully erect and the glans is still completely covered.
Frenulum - A well-defined frenulum is visible.
Retracting - The foreskin has motion indicating retraction to expose the glans. If this is an animation, manually tag "foreskin_motion" too.
Flaccid - The penis is flaccid. Almost always paired with unretracted.
Half-erect - The penis is only half-erect. Could be paired with any retraction state. You may need to manually remove an incorrect "flaccid" tag.
Humanoid Penis - The penis is distinctly humanoid. This will usually be the case, especially on anthros, unless the penis is quite exotic.
No Foreskin - Image is mistagged. No foreskin or ambiguous retraction due to lack of detail. If the penis is obviously cut, manually tag "circumcision_scar" or "circumcised".
