Part 1: Is the Splatoon Inkling character depicted with a mask marking?

Splatoon Inklings are depicted in the official art as having a domino mask marking around their eyes.

The purpose of this project is to properly tag the above as the mask_(marking) tag instead of the incorrect eyemask/eye_mask tag which is only used if the character is wearing a domino mask or similar accessory that covers around the eye.
