This tag refers to both confetti streamers, where paper, plastic, or metallic scraps are thrown at celebrations; and livestreamers, who are content creators who broadcast to online streaming services (such as Twitch.tv). Despite their obvious distinctions, both elements coexist in this invalid tag and we need to fix this.
