"livestream" images are images from the perspective of a video camera being broadcast online. Usually one or more streamers are visible and looking at the camera. Often there is a live "chat" on the side of the image where viewers comment on the stream.
Note that some images will be live streams with web cams, in which case you should choose option 1.
I don't know if cell phones on stands count as web cams, but probably not.
I don't think video_calls count as livestreams, but that can be fixed with an implication if I'm wrong.
I don't know if unintentional sexual livestreams (a la livestream exposed) count as cam_shows or not, but as long as the exposed tag is added appropriately that can be fixed later.
