What and its million variants are often misused on kinks the tagger doesn't like, characters saying what or why, memes that aren't particularly strange, mundane crossover art, etc. It's also often used instead of properly tagging body_horror on images that contain body horror.

(Really, these tags aren't great to begin with, but at least we can clean some of the abuse out in the meantime)
