When a character is shown explicitly agreeing to or encouraging whatever is happening to them or is about to happen to them.

This tag is not mutually exclusive with explicitly_stated_nonconsent as one character could be consenting and another not, a character changes their mind, or a character might consent to one activity but not another.

Common phrases and situations to look for

• "Yes!"
• "Don't stop!"
• "I need you!"
• "Please!"
• A thumbs up, a nod, other nonverbal forms of agreement
• Willingly offering self to the viewer or another character
• Asking viewer or another character to engage in some activity
• Writing indicating consent
• Encouragement
