I suggest

  • [Flaccid] to -half-erect_while_penetrated & -half-erect.
  • [Half-erect] to -flaccid_while_penetrated & -flaccid.
  • an option to +erection_while_penetrated and -flaccid_while_penetrated & -half-erect_while_penetrated

None of these are mutually exclusive, though. Flaccidity and half-erectness could appear in the same image. I could add [[erect while penetrated]] although I didn't know that was a tag until right now and it would screw up the search I'm using.
