^ I know that comment is from 4 years ago but to explain it for others: yes, but remove the dialogue tag. dialogue does not consist of interjections (ugh, ack, eep, etc - there's a list on the dialogue tag wiki), vocalizations (moaning, humming, screaming, etc), and onomatopoeia. Pictographics are a grey area but I believe it's more common to tag them without the dialogue tag if they're on their own. It's not what this exact tagging system was created for, but if it's text, it should be tagged with the appropriate language!
I feel like an "add duo" button would be helpful since many solo_focus posts should be tagged duo.
According to the wiki, solo_focus "should always be combined with either duo, trio, or group." So maybe adding duo, trio and group as option would be an idea? Especially since the "disembodied" also count to group size it seems. Edit: disembodied_penis was also something I needed several times now, when the "handjobbed" was not the character as the solo_focus. :-)

I would recommend adding an option to add disembodied_hand. Most of the images I found were tagged such because the tagger didn't seem to realize disembodied body parts counted towards character count.
Onomatopoeia too?
